Dream Home: Upstate Retreat

This house may be my favorite find (domestically, after last week's international house in Santorini) to date! It's in upstate New York and I could not think of a better place to retreat when you need to get away from the city for a little while. Nature is the one thing I miss more than most anything else about living here. I grew up with a tree and garden filled acre for a back yard, surrounded by woods, and spent more time outside than in as a child. Huge windows, recessed lighting and beautiful landscaping make this house once place I wouldn't want to leave!
